How it works
We serve a tasting menu. Each course will be brought to you by one of our waiters or chefs. Usually they will explain each course in detail at the table but for social distancing, we have opted for this interactive online menu.
Read along as each course is served.
We will not be pouring or opening water or cold drinks for you. We apologize for this and we cant wait to get back to our normal standard of service.

Wood fired rolls made from our rolling dough called Kabous #2 that was started in August 2018

Chicken liver parfait with apricot compote

Wood fired baba ganoush, roasted tomato oil, biltong flavoured pickled onions, crispy carrots

Local hake roti
Beer batter, atchar, coriander seed mayo, tomato salsa

Karoo lamb rib
Finished in our wood fired oven, green bean mash, white pepper jus, crispy onions.

Side of pumpkin tart, honey, juniper, truffle butter

Baked orange cheesecake
Spiced pumpkin ice cream, dulce de leche, gingerbread cookie crumble, ginger bread jelly
